Three systems that are not the same thing
Internal usage credits

- · Refunded automatically when a generation fails.
- · Not transferable. Not a cryptocurrency. No monetary value.
Off-chain progression
- · Earned when people download, remix or like what you published.
- · Never awarded for calling the generation API, so bots cannot farm it.
- · Unlocks badges, cosmetics and community features.
- · Non-transferable and permanently off-chain.
Utility token
- · Optional. Never required to use the product.
- · Holding a balance unlocks tiers, allowances and queue priority.
- · Can be voluntarily burned for premium actions.
- · Does not pay for compute — credits do.
Holding tiers
Thresholds live in configuration and are verified server-side against the chain. Tier 0 requires no token and gives you the whole product.
